Some buildings charge mandatory fees directly at check-in. At participating Hollywood Beach stays, these may include a $40 daily resort fee per apartment, a one-time $50 registration fee and $42 daily parking. The resort fee may include two beach chairs, pool, sundeck, hot tub, Wi-Fi and ice machines. Your selected listing and final price details always control.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. At front-desk properties, your access card may deactivate automatically after check-out time. Exact instructions are sent after confirmation.
Yes, subject to availability and advance approval. At participating properties, early check-in may be available from 8:00 AM for $100 or from 12:00 PM for $50. Late check-out until 5:00 PM may be available for $50. Contact us before arrival; fees and times can vary by stay.
Parking is not generally included. At participating properties it may cost around $42 per day, with possible extended-stay discounts. Alternative parking may be available nearby. Confirm the exact options for your selected property before arrival.
Participating stays may include resort-style pools, sundeck, hot tub, high-speed Wi-Fi and beach service with two lounge chairs per apartment per day. Umbrellas are generally available for rent. Access and charges vary by property and are stated in the individual listing.
Dogs are welcome at participating properties for an additional $50 per stay. Building restrictions may apply, so please tell us about your pet before booking.
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old, and guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Do not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7:00 AM. Property-specific rules shown in the listing also apply.
Many stays offer a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, balcony and family-friendly amenities. A Pack & Play may be requested at participating properties for $30 per stay. Review the selected unit for its exact equipment and layout.
Hollywood Beach offers a wide beach and the palm-lined Broadwalk with restaurants, cafés, shops, live music, bicycle rentals and water activities. Many of our featured stays are within walking distance, while the exact distance depends on the selected property.

No. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. You will receive an explicit confirmation from Global Rent Apart or our reservation system once availability and booking details are verified.
Firm cancellation policy: cancellations made 31 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 8–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in are non-refundable. Any non-refundable processing charges or disclosed property-specific exceptions also apply.
