Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This policy explains how Global Rent Apart handles information submitted through globalrentapart.com.
Information we collect
We may collect the information you provide when searching for a stay, requesting a reservation, scheduling a meeting or submitting property details. This may include your name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, property information and message.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and property-management inquiries.
- To check availability, provide pricing and process reservation requests.
- To operate, protect and improve the website and guest experience.
- To comply with applicable obligations and prevent misuse.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help operate the website and reservation experience, including Netlify for website hosting and forms, Hostify for property and reservation management, and Stripe for payment services when online payments are enabled. Payment-card details should be entered only into Stripe-hosted or Stripe-powered secure fields and are not intended to be stored by this website.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use browser storage for essential preferences, such as remembering when a promotional message was dismissed. If advertising or analytics technologies are added, this policy and the website’s consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Referral and source attribution
The website may store first-party referral information such as a partner code, campaign parameters, first referrer, and landing page in local storage so an owner or broker lead can be attributed to the source that introduced them. This information is attached to website lead forms when submitted. It is not used to create an advertising profile inside the website.
You can clear browser local storage at any time. If external advertising or analytics tools are added later, their own privacy and consent requirements will be handled separately.
First-party website diagnostics and experiments
The website may keep a limited first-party event queue in browser local storage to record interactions such as property-management CTA clicks, lead-form submissions, phone clicks and WhatsApp clicks. This local queue is intended for diagnostics and future analytics integration; by itself it is not a centralized analytics database.
The website may also assign a first-party A/B test variant for selected call-to-action wording and store that variant in local storage. The purpose is to compare which website wording generates more useful owner inquiries once analytics is connected.
Offline website cache
The site may register a service worker that caches selected static pages and assets for resilience and faster repeat visits. Dynamic booking, Hostify, reservation, checkout and payment endpoints are excluded from the offline cache.
Form drafts and commercial-intent routing
Lead forms may temporarily preserve the fields you enter in browser session storage so an accidental refresh or back navigation does not immediately erase your work. Session storage is local to the browser session and is not a CRM submission by itself.
The site may also keep simple first-party counters indicating that the browser viewed owner-management, broker-partner or portfolio pages. These counters are used only to prioritize relevant calls to action and do not identify a person or determine eligibility for housing, credit, employment, insurance or another high-impact service.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and apply reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information you submitted, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the website and its services evolve. The updated date above indicates the latest revision.
