Our Payment and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION:
Complete the Reservation Form and send it, we will contact you to confirm this reservation and the total amount and availability.
Payment of 50% can be made by Bank Through Zelle or PayPal with your Credit cards to guarantee your Price and reservation.
PAYMENT:
The Total payment will be made 7 days before the Income.
A guarantee of $ 200 will be paid by bank or PayPal and will be reimbursed in the same way 7 days after the Chek-out
COSTA HOLLYWOOD Beach Resort

• Check-In: 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Check-Out: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• If you plan to arrive outside reception hours at the Hotel Costa Hollywood, you must inform in advance, and you will be charged an additional $ 35 in night hours.

HYDE RESORT & Residences

• Check-In: 4:00 p.m. onwards (Lobby Hotel)
• Check-Out: 4.00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Admission to the Hyde Hotel is free at any time after 4:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The money paid to reserve the apartment of 50% is returned 30 days before admission.
You must Cancel the Totality at least 7 days before your arrival.

NOT PRESENTED POLICY:
If you do not show up as indicated in the previous section, you will lose your stay password.

CHILDREN'S POLICY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS:
Children under 3 years old sharing bed with their parents stay FREE.
All Senior Guests 3 years of age or adults must pay the price stipulated by the establishment when they exceed the limit of the department. Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately at the time of arrival.
